ConnActions – La Rete del Gusto
ConnActions was born out of the desire to promote dialogue and the exchange of experiences between experts in dual education in Italy and Germany, with the goal of testing successful models of bilateral public-private partnerships. It is a bilateral project in the field of Vocational Education and Training (VET), funded by the Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF) and coordinated by the Italian-German Chamber of Commerce (AHK Italien).
The sharing of experiences and effective cooperation within each bilateral network is achieved through formats and activities that encourage exchange and in-depth discussion, such as study trips, workshops, seminars, and conferences. In addition, interactive activities are planned within the broader framework of the “network of networks,” to support cross-cutting exchange and networking between the six model networks.
Our network, Rete del Gusto, was selected from over 70 national applications. It aims to foster a structured comparison between the VET systems of Italy and Germany, focusing on:
Educational student companies (Imprese Formative Didattiche / Schulunternehmen)
Dual training systems leading to qualifications and diplomas
The concrete area chosen for this bilateral comparison is the field of taste – specifically the agri-food and gastronomy sectors, with a strong focus on sustainability.
